Write your profile once, then copy it into every platform. Open a platform, create the account, paste your details, tick it off.

Master profile kit
Type your details once here. Use the Copy buttons to paste them into each platform. Do not put passwords, home address, phone numbers or any patient information here.
Platforms
Each card shows what the platform is for, its bio limit and photo size, and whether your bio fits. Green = your bio fits; red = too long, shorten it or use a shorter version.
Untick a group you don't need. Hidden groups are left out of the platform list, the handle checklist and the progress bars.
Handle availability checklist
A handle is your username (for example @drjsmith). Using the same one everywhere makes you easy to find. For each platform: click Check — if the page says "not found" or "doesn't exist", the handle is probably free. Then set the status. Once you have created the account, choose Secured.

My data
Your details live only in this browser. To move them to another computer or keep a backup, use Download backup, then Load backup on the other device. Clearing your browser history/site data will erase them, so keep a backup.
